Most orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 24–48 hours of receipt. Orders placed before 12:00 PT on business days typically ship the same day.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with full tracking information.
Yes. We ship to most countries via tracked international courier. Customs documentation is included with every international shipment, and orders are insured against loss in transit.
Typical international transit is 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Standard tracked — 3–5 business days domestic. Free on all orders.
- Express — 1–2 business days domestic. $24 flat rate.
- International tracked — 7–14 business days. $48 flat rate.
Yes. All shipments arrive in plain packaging with no external branding indicating the nature of the contents.
Every shipment is insured. If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't recall it.
For research-grade compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. However, if a product fails to meet our published specifications or arrives damaged, we offer free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.

About what we sell, how it's made, and how to verify it.
Every batch we ship has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent third-party laboratory. Each vial includes a lot number you can use to look up the corresponding COA in our public Lab Results archive.
Lyophilized vials should be stored at:
- −20°C for long-term storage (months to years)
- 2–8°C for short-term storage (up to several weeks)
Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days for best stability.
Lyophilized peptides stored at −20°C maintain stability for 24 months from the date of manufacture, in our experience. Each vial is sealed under nitrogen at packaging.
Our peptides are synthesized by partner manufacturers vetted for ISO 9001 compliance and operating under cGMP-aligned protocols. Final batch verification is performed by an independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratory before any product is released for sale.
For continuity in long-running research projects, yes. If you need batch consistency, contact us before placing your order with the original lot number, and we'll allocate from the same batch when stock allows.

No — guest checkout is available. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, access your COA library, save addresses, and re-order with a single click.
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill orders and maintain your account. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond what's required for shipping and payment processing.
